He is hearing that right now and I cannot be there to comfort him or let him know he really is loved.
He is being turned from civilian to soldier in a short 9 weeks. You know what is scary about this? Not knowing who will be coming out of BCT.
I know I am still me.
Will I know him?

He will be physically and mentally tough.
I will be physically and mentally strained.
WHERE IS YOUR HEART SOLDIER? COME ON, WHERE IS IT?
It is in battle sir. Torn between my love for my family and my love for the Army.
I am going to be second when I have always been first, I am afraid.
I will love him no matter what he is like in all times of his life as he has loved me through all of my changing moments in my life. I need to clarify that to the world and myself.
People change yet love changes to suit the situation and changed being.
We will always have each other whether near or far and that will never change.
I vow to strive every day to help him be a loved and happy person who we all can count on to fight for this country.
This is my promise.
